Now I was stuck between two worlds.

We need A designer
At each interview I was a close fit.

we need project manager
But never a perfect fit.

Given my experience, this was very confusing!
I’m a designer, project manager, production manager, team leader, business developer, & art director
wow, can you be an art director for us, and maybe help with the other stuff?
for web, print, marketing, and industrial design.
Then at one interview, I laid it all out on the table.

I was building a wide span of experience.
It was at this point, that I realized there must be more that I can do as a designer with a wide span of experience. This realization pushed me to pursue my masters in design. A masters that would prepare me for a career focusing on tackling the complex problems of business and collaboration.
