For Phase 2B, MEG says detailed engineering is more than 96 per cent complete, and all materials and modules have been ordered, with delivery and onsite construction expected to continue through 2012 and into 2013. The company says the project remains on schedule and budget. For Phase 3, MEG says engineering work is underway to determine the optimum size and schedule of project phases.
