This project comprises of a space for the passerby on the national highway of Jaiselmer. Pina-cord deals with the hot and dry climate by using building form and material. “Form Follow function�. Observing the curves in nature around us, and space out of the grid was constructed to give a new experience in the woods of hot and dry climate of Rajasthan. A close relationships of sustainable material and earthy experience was the main motive of designing this contemporary structure using bamboo and mud.

Curves responding to the sunlight and wind. Creating private spaces, semi-public and common spaces. Openness of dhaba was restored, creating skylight out of form within the bamboo roof. Water body and mud enhances the thermal comfort of the space.

Bamboo in roof and walls with mud are used for strength and flexibility in a curved Structure. Finished mud and thatch as a flooring material Were used.

Falkram is a project which gives a space to enlighten and promote performing arts, for rural and contemporary artists from all around the world. Fortification of the site from a bustling location, falkram is incorporated with an interactive space at the center of the site and rest private, semi-public space surrounding them. Keeping in mind about the best reflection of the music generated in a rural hub, elliptical sphere was evolved to make the O.A.T and sound conserving structure. Creating various wind promoting and shaded space for circulation.

Process involves , creating different forms for visual angles and sound reflective surfaces. Different arrangements of building blocks for wind and sun shaded area for the circulation were used in the building.

Inspired from IIHMR, Jaipur, Falkram comprises of stone rubble masonry walls, R.C.C frame structure with tensile bamboo structure for the O.A.T. A vernacular approach for cost reduction and involving local craftsmen for the building construction was done.

Aquacord aims to develop a contemporary sacred space in a densely populated city like Jaipur. This project aims to understand the various human senses , how they play part in creating a modern secular building. Nature as an element to hit various senses and creating a calm space for the temple. Reflection for the vision, falling water for meditation, and an interactive pool to share thoughts with one another. Using various site strengths to create organization of the building block were used. Sunset , sunrise and various view points for the existing landscape feature like Dravyavati river was done

Human spaces used to create various design elements. Reflective pool as a surprising landscape element at the center of the site. Falling water in meditation hall creating pleasant sound for meditation. Interactive water pool in the dead end of the site were used.

My space library aims to create an interactive, comfortable and a new experience to explore the library and share knowledge within a community. Taking inspiration from the Jaipur city, various elements like, step well, amber fort , Zen philosophy were a part of material selection, color pallet, and theme for the library. A new approach to create a homely and comfortable zone within the room through steps were created. Steps resulting in storage as well as various private , interactive zone within the room were formed.
