K-Studio reserves the right to withhold the placement of an advertisement and to cancel an advertisement at any time. Ad placement and distribution are subjected to the acceptance and approval of respective Community Management Committees. Should K-Studio be prevented from starting or continuing with an ad campaign for whatever reason, K-Studio will refund the Client for ads that have been paid for, but not published.

K-Studio accepts no liability for losses arising from omissions, failure to publish, publication of ‘wrong’ material, typographical errors or any mistake or error of whatever kind. The onus is solely on the advertiser to ensure that material is supplied in the correct format. K-Studio cannot be held responsible for colour matching or any content errors that may occur. All advertisements are subjected to the approval by K-Studio and the relevant Community Management Committees.
3.
The advertiser is held liable for all damages and against K-Studio by reason of the publication of his or her advertisement.
4.
K-Studio cannot guarantee or control the actual Magazine Publishing date. Estimates are given based on the agreements with the Community Management Committee

Please ensure artwork is supplied in line with these specifications. Artwork received that is not in line with these specifications may be subject to amendment charges.

Files should be supplied, including bleeds and crop marks where necessary (see sizes on previous page). All non-vector artwork should be supplied at a minimum of 300dpi, any artwork supplied lower than 150dpi will view blurred. Artwork should be supplied in a high resolution PDF format, individual bitmap resolution not lower than 150dpi. Artwork should be completed and saved in RGB All fonts used should be embedded or converted to outlines. Always supply original logo. Logos in JPEG format are not the ideal and will need to be re-drawn or deep etched at an extra cost. If using transparency functions in Illustrator generated files, transparencies must be flattened and the files then converted to PDF or JPEG before supplying. Please supply good quality photographs as far as possible - if not available, supply high-quality brochures. As a last option, photographs can be supplied via email. Please do not paste photographs in Microsoft Word. Please ensure that no elements of the design are set to overprint unless specifically required. We advise that artwork is generated only in Illustrator or Photoshop. K-Studio cannot accept responsibility for any unwanted results from artwork originally generated in any other package such as Microsoft Word, Powerpoint etc., regardless of how the files are exported. Files should be supplied uncompressed wherever possible. Artwork may be e-mailed if the file size is less than 5MB. Adverts designed by K-Studio will be subject to additional charges if it exceeds 3 proofs.
Invoices and Payment Terms: 1.
Each campaign will be invoiced individually at the start of the campaign. Invoices are payable on presentation.

K-Studio reserves the right to withhold the placement of any campaign if all invoices are not paid in full. K-Studio also reserves the right to cancel this agreement and find alternative advertisers should all invoices not be paid in full within 7 days of date of invoice.
3.
No cancellation will be accepted after the booking has been confirmed (invoiced and paid). If an advertisement is cancelled after a confirmed booking, the advertiser will be liable for a 50% cancellation fee.

I understand that all invoices rendered for services rendered is due and payable within 7 days of date of invoice. Should my account be in arrears for 14 days or more, I agree to pay interest at 2 % per day until the arrears together with the interest accrued thereon shall have been repaid. In the event that my account is handed over to attorneys, I understand that I am liable for attorney and own client cost and consent to the negative listing of my details with the credit bureaus.
