EVIDENCE BASED DESIGN The Organic Tessellated Wall was designed in regards to research that found patients surrounded by nature seemed to heal faster than those in sterile enviroments. The wall covers and masks the Head Wall Components which are hidden behind the panels of the Organic Tessellated Wall. By using Biomimicry to create the feeling of an organic and natural atmosphere, the patient and their guests would feel relaxed while also maintaining ease of access and support for the nurses.
