FAMILY CHILD CARE Air Force FCC Expanded Child Care Military Spouse Appointment Care (MSAC)
Are you a military spouse? Do you need someone you can trust to watch your child while you go to Key Spouse trainings, M&FRC classes, or job interviews?
This program is designed to provide child care for spouses to attend approved appointments related to key aspects of military life. MSAC fills an hourly child care need and is available at FCC programs on Kadena.
Eligibility requirements:
- Spouse of ADM or Reserve/Guard in activated status ssigned to, working, or living on Kadena AB
- Sponsor must be at work, on directed crew rest or must attend appointment with spouse
- No other adult in the household is available to provide care
- Spouse must be attending an approved appointment

PERMANENT CHANGE IN STATION CHILD CARE (PCS CARE)
Are you an active duty Air Force member who is currently PCSing to or from Kadena AB? If so, you are eligible for the Child Care for PCS Program. This program is intended to provide assistance to families in the process of a PCS. The Air Force Aid Society will pay up to 20 hours of child care (per child) in certified Family Child Care homes on base. Pick up your PCS for Child Care certificate from the Military & Family Readiness Center, Bldg 220. Active Duty Army, Navy, and Marine families are also eligible for PCS care!
