INGRIDIENTS 01 400g sourcream 02 75ml cream 03 1/5 tea spoon lemon powder 04 1/5 tea spoon Lemon juice
LET'S GO Frist i recomend that you use a scale to measure and a large bowl to mix then put the ingredients in the following order 1. sourcream 2.powdered Sugar 3.cream 4.lemon powder 5.lemon juice Mix it carefull using a whisk or a spoon and try you can always adapt the recipe based on your personal taste for ex : more sugar or less lemon juice
TIPS
Now you have creamy and taste mixture ready for the ice cream machine. In case you don't have an ice cream machine you can use plastic or recyclable cups with a wooden stick inside, filed it up until the midle and put it in the freezer until it gets frozen then carefuly remove it. If it is hard use a litle warm tap water arround the cup.
