And to keep high producing loan officers happy, you’ve got to close loans more efficiently and faster than the next guy. That’s why we focus so heavily on perfecting our quick turn times—from processing to closing. We take pride in making our 21-day loan lifecycle the norm, although we’ve been known to close them even faster. Where many companies require their processors to adhere to a strict assembly line process, we’re capable of tackling many different items at once due to our years of expertise and in-depth understanding of how everything works together.

We find the solutions others can’t because of our depth of accessibility and range of products.

Selling loans directly to Fannie, Freddie and Ginnie Mae offers Eagle Home Mortgage an array of benefits. We’re an early adopter when changes come from the agencies. When a guideline enhancement is released, we don’t wait for an investor to announce or adopt the change. By selling loans directly to the agencies, Eagle Home Mortgage can avoid the overlays or restrictions imposed by investors—enabling the broadest span of options for our clients and business partners.
