Thank you again for choosing Nectar & Root for your wedding. It was so nice connecting at the barn to hear more about your ideas while exploring the space together. I can’t wait for June!. I want you to enjoy this planning process, and to know that you’re in good hands. I’ve created this proposal as an accessible way for you to visualize some various flower options, but keep in mind that I’m happy to explore other ideas too, and everything will be customized and tailored until we’ve made something that fits you.. Since we’ve talked about several different flower scenarios so far, I thought I’d create a few different examples of how we can combine different options while still meeting your initial budget goals, with additional packages listed in case you find you have room for more. What I’ve noticed right away during our conversations, is how creative and personal you’d like the experience to be for you and your guests, and I’m excited to help you with that regardless! **All of these options require that we prioritize quite a bit when it comes to deciding which pieces of your wedding you’d like to bring flowers to. If you are finding that none of these scenarios encompass enough of what you’re looking to achieve overall for the visual look and feel of your wedding, we’ve created (2) additional packages for you to consider, in case you decide to invest more in our flower services. These options would help further bring your venue to life with color and the celebration of unique, beautiful flowers.

OPTION 2 - $5,950 Everything in option 1 but add onto your value package either two large ceremony arrangements (to repurpose onto reception tables later) OR enhance your overhead installation.

PLACE CARD, GUEST BOOK AND GIFT CARD TABLE ARRANGEMENTS - $35+ Your place card, guest book and gift card tables are the first tables that guests will see when they arrive at your reception. This is a great opportunity to create a larger arrangement, that will set the tone for how your reception will look and feel. PETAL FLOWERS - $25+ For guests to throw during ceremony, or to line your aisle. Also suitable for flower girls.
PLACE SETTINGS - $0.95 Sprigs of herbs such as rosemary or thyme tucked into a pocket-folded napkin is a thoughtful gesture for each guest to enjoy.
SWEETHEART CHAIRS - $45+ Consider adding an extra touch to your sweetheart or head table by decorating the backs of your chairs with greenery or flowers.
