Analysis

A Savannah based company selling natural bath products in two small locations. This company has a green, eco-friendly vibe and is appealing to the everyday routine rather than the luxury, treat yourself competitors. The company currently is building a loyal local base and they want to become part of the tourism checklist. Local competitors are Savannah Bee Company, which sells all honey based products including bath items. Salacia is a company more spa based concept, that plays on the need to escape and relax. The current Nourish logo is clean and keeps the eco friendly vibe but it does nothing to imply bath products other than including the physical words underneath. This past logo needed to give a stronger concept of what’s inside, so as to draw in the customer. The blue was chosen to tie in the concept that all of the clients products could be used with water.

Company Profile & Customer Analysis The company is a Savannah based chain that has a small but loyal customer base who expect green, locally sourced daily bath products. Locals view this company as a way to support the community and indulge themselves. Nourish is looking to expand into gift baskets and specialty items as well that would fall more into the spa/relaxation category to help tap into Savannah’s 2.6 billion dollar tourism industry. • Products - Think shampoos, conditioners, body bars and lotions. There is a HUGE variety in scents and sizes, the draw for many is most all of their products are natural and safe for those with sensitivities. • Solutions - The new visual identity further ties their product into the logo to help build a tourism audience. People who are only in town for a short time simply glance at the awing design or in room ad. This design has all the descriptive graphics to pull in new customers outside the typical marketing measures.

Colors The blue was chosen to tie in the concept that all of the clients products could be used with water. This particular shade is non-aggressive and works to build on all of their keypoints including loyalty and eco-friendly responsibilities. Clear Zone

minimum size

Clear Zone Minimum clear space around the complete logo design is one ninth the logo height. Minimum Size The logo should never be smaller than 1.625 x 1.125 inches to prevent distortion of the design.


Improper Logo use

Bubbles should always be centered to the typography.

Subtitle must always be listed under the logo.

Square up the image by ensuring the store name and subtitle are the same width.


Typography

Great Vibes Regular is used in the logo itself and should be limited in all other works so as to leave the focus to the design. Bebas Neue Regular is used in all titling and subtitle areas. This is also used in all collateral. Gill Sans Light is used all copy resources at a 15pt.
