KALIMAT is Arabic for ‘Words’. Kalimat Group International is one of the region’s distinctive Arabic and English-language publishers with headquarters in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. It was officially launched at the same time as its first Print medium “SaLa” in September 2002. The founder, however, has been involved in the field of journalism since 1995. His first privately-owned media, is also the first journalism review in the Arab World online, www.elsohof.com launched in the year 2001. Presently, Kalimat Group International operates as a Publishing & Media House, and has seen its portfolio grow to five prints and six online magazines, along with two publishing contracts of periodicals. Today, Kalimat Group International is a broad-based publisher with strengths in consumer magazines.
