LEADERSHIP FLATHEAD MAY RECAP In May, Leadership Flathead focused on energy and natural resources. Responsible land management requires a collaborative effort from all stakeholders and determines how we use our valley’s natural resources. A focus on collaboration was exemplified with a tour of Algae Aquaculture Technologies and their bioprocessors that are producing renewable energy from the Stoltze property. The class also toured the annual Forestry Expo, an event created and sponsored by a varied group of organizers and individuals who share the benefits of forestry stewardship with our community. For more information on Leadership Flathead, please click here. Also, thank you to the sponsors of Leadership Flathead’s Brave Leadership event - Kalispell Regional Hospital, North Valley Hospital, and Valley Bank.
