Winner of Best Public Toilet Facilities Design 2006 by Ministry of Housing & Local Government. Redevelopment of the area is aimed at creating a sense of regional locality and quality by giving an ambience to the place. The design objectives are to create a sense of arrival and place, and a therapeutic environment to the users. There is a need to rectify and educate people about the healthier forms of social expression. Social habits must be changed in relation to the economic development of the state. This is to dispel the notion of disparity in culture and civilizational standards between groups of people.
