Design concept It has been observed that in the prime ages human beings and their settlements used earth sensitively as a raw material. The "Modern" fashion of the 20th century created a break with the millenia old developments, and with it, it’s due consequence Earth’s abuse. The 21st century should find again the harmonious link between man, nature and spirit.Realize architecture with Earth on a large scale, full of light, suppleness , simplicity, imagination and timeless beauty. Design concept
Climate responsive
Harmonizing the built form and nature is the key concept. Articulation of lush green spaces and built spaces is the aim of the project with magnificent tropical beach theme landscape. The proposed project shall be a culmination of the built and nature.
Guwahati, lies in the temperate zone with tropical monsoon rainforest climate. Due to excessive rainfall it has substantially humid climate it is essential to have optimum cross ventilation . The predominant wind direction is south west to north east.
The tropical theme landscape has been designed in such a way that a soothing beach landscape has been generated on the terrace of the commercial for the residents to enjoy the scenic view.
Buildings are oriented north-south to optimize the regulation of solar radiation The alignment of the building enhances natural ventilation and counteracts the prevalent high- humidity conditions. Arial view of terrace amenities
