To enter and circulate one would use the alleyway parallel to the street which connects you to a procession around and up the building to the various floors.
The interior planes wrap the corners as the sidewalk wraps the building. the experience of each floor differs, from a threshold alleyway on the street floor to a closed off corner on the second floor to an open and spacious top floor.
The building is located on a street corner, and takes advantage of its place by allowing entrance from the sidewalk which wraps around into its spcious interior such as one would move around on a street. the flow is very natural, even allowing the choice of entrance after the alleyway or exit straight through.
