P&M Truss Inc. Growing Roof & Floor Truss Manufacturer looking to fill various positions throughout our company.

Production/Assembler of wood roof & floor trusses.

Duties include setting up jigs for correct profiles utilizing laser projection to highest quality product, placing lumber material in jig setups, placing metal gusset plates on correct locations and operating press for final product.

Also, possible working in saw department that cuts all the lumber parts for the trusses on fully state of the art automated saws.

Forklift Operator & Yard Employees. Duties include operating fork lift to move lumber material from department to department. Stacking, banding and organizing final product so it is ready for delivery. Loading trucks for delivery. Keeping a clean yard for a safe work atmosphere.

Engineered Roof & Floor Truss Systems Since 1986

CDL Drivers. Duties include delivery of truss loads to residential and commercial job sites with semis or straight truck with roll off trailers. Good, SAFE driving record required.

Truss Designer. Experienced roof and floor truss designer preferably with experience with Mitek Engineering Software, working on residential and commercial projects. Must have strong communication skills and work well with others. Projects vary in size from small additions to large multi-unit buildings.
