Part-time Corrections OfÀcer Essential Duties: This position performs tasks related to care, custody, discipline and occupations of inmates ensuring a healthy, safe and secure environment. Correctional Officers process all adult and juvenile arrests by conducting searches and medical screenings, attempt inmate grievance resolution, transport and escort inmates to various locations and generate and maintain required documentation and reports. Assigned duties are performed in a supervised environment. Applicants must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications: Applicant must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent, Minnesota drivers license required. No felony convictions.

Preferred Qualifications: Degree in law enforcement, criminal justice or a related field and/or one (1) year of experience as a Corrections Officer in a correctional facility or similar setting.

Starting Salary: $18.77 - $24.86 (2018 Salary Schedule)

Choosing wedding color palettes Some brides may feel beholden to the color white on their wedding days, at least in regard to their gowns.

Those who do often embrace the opportunity to showcase their personal styles and set the mood for their nuptials by embracing various colors throughout their ceremonies and receptions.

Color can be a critical component when establishing the ambiance for a wedding. Color can evoke certain moods and set the tone for the day. Wedding colors can give couples a starting-off point for all of the other details of their weddings. This ensures the wedding ultimately has a cohesive look.

ALL LL ECRL BRANCH HOURS TO CHANGE STARTING MARCH 4, 2018 In an effort to better serve the public and their busy schedules, in December the East Central Regional Library Board approved new operating hours at all 14 library branches across the six county area. The new hours will begin on Sunday, March 4, 2018, and can be viewed by visiting https://ecrlib.org and then clicking on any of the listed libraries on the location and hours page.

According to Carla Lydon, ECRL executive director, these changes are a culmination of a multi-year process during which time ECRL sought public feedback in our communities and consulted staff, board members, and local officials in an effort to better balance our resources across our six county region. Prior to this, open hours had remained the same for more than a decade, despite changes in facilities, communities and traffic patterns. It is our hope that these new schedules will better serve the public and provide

appropriate staffi ng levels to continue to provide the excellent customer service that people rely on when visiting our libraries.

There is no change to the Mora Public Library hours.
