Live Onsite Isanti County Real Estate Auction
A Fresh New Look for an Established Business
79.99 Acre Parcel Sells with No Reserve! Thursday March 25, 2021 11am 25585 Danube St. NE, Stacy, MN 55079
Finlayson, MN When Town & Country Insurance first started, it was common for businesses to just use their name, without an official logo. They simply used their name on letterhead for many years. Once the need for an actual logo was determined, they incorporated the concepts of both “town” and “country,” into their first logo. A landscape scene with buildings, a water tower and farm buildings emerged. “As the landscape of our rural community changed, we felt it was also time for our logo to change,” says Agency Owner & Manager, Nancy Pogatchnik. Business continues to advance online and their original logo has proven inconducive to the graphic and printing requirements of modern marketing. “Having a logo that reflects our commitment to our customers while honoring our past is just as important as having a visually appealing logo that works well online,” adds agency Marketer, Liz Kelly. Changing their logo proved very difficult! When you make such a commitment to change something as prominent as the logo you have had for over 20 years, you want to make the right decision. The final image incorporates many of the elements of the first Town & Country logo. Liz adds “the green hill of the old logo has been replaced by a field, a common sight in rural Minnesota that reminds us of the hard work put into our communities by farmers, families, and business owners. The blue landscape now contains a church, a barn, a business, and a home – all important elements in the foundation of those same communities.”

“A new logo, but the same continued support of our community, from farms to country living, our rural towns, schools, churches and businesses – we all support one another, and we are all glad to call it home,” notes Nancy. New signs went up on Wednesday, 2/24/2021 at each of the three office locations in Finlayson, Hinckley and Mora. The website and social profiles have been updated since the beginning of the year, and as office supplies are depleted, they will be reordered with the new logo. Town & Country Insurance looks forward to continued service to individuals, families & businesses across Minnesota!
