MARCH 12 WOODBURY CHORUS AND ORCHESTRA The Woodbury Chorus and Orchestra under the direction of Erik Perigrine will present “American Impressions” at St. Mary’s Catholic Church at 4 p.m.

The concert is free and no tickets are required. A freewill offering will be accepted and 100 percent of the proceeds will benefit the two food shelves.

Th roughout the 16 previous concerts performed in Mora, audiences have donated $82,739.93.

As the Woodbury Chorus and Orchestra enter their 32nd year, they note that audiences have given over half a million dollars for local food shelves, enough to provide over 2,500,000 meals. The chorus and orchestra receive no compensation for the concert.

When we arrived at FirstLight Health System Emergency Department, we were welcomed by a trauma team that was prepared, efficient and experts in their field. Linden was taken care of above and beyond duty.

For that we are forever grateful. Our hearts are fi lled with the deepest appreciation and respect to all involved. The kindness shown to our family has been immeasurable and is noteworthy of exemplary community service.

IRENE C. ILER Irene Cylva Iler died peacefully on Sunday, Feb. 19, 2017. She was 95 years old.

She was born June 12, 1921, in Bock tto Swan and Charlotte Johnson. She w was united in marriage to Earl Marvin IIler and together they raised their five cchildren.

She spent many years traveling tthroughout Minnesota delivering ffresh chickens. She was lovingly kknown as the “chicken lady” to her ffriends and family.

She enjoyed hunting for antiques aand going to garage sales to fi nd unique items. She also enjoyed u ccooking and baking for her family while passing on her traditions to her w grandchildren.

She will be remembered for her strong work ethic and her willingness to put her family first.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Earl Mrvin Iler; brothers, Burt Johnson and Russ Johnson; son-in-law, Ted Hanson; daughters-in-law, Carol Ann Iler and Joann Iler; grandsons, Scott Hanson and Rick Lucking and great-granddaughter, Lily Lucking.

She is survived by children, Carol Hanson, Judy (Francis) Lucking, Marvin Iler, Earl Iler and Billie Iler as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

The family will be having a celebration of life on Sunday, March 12, 2017, from noon to 3 p.m. at 2726 Lyndale St., Mora, MN 55051.
