LARGE-SPAN STRUCTURES Location - Hyderabad ,India. Typology - Educational buildng Project - Academic. Year - 2019,Sem VI
Project Description Long span roof are today widely applied for sport, social, industrial, ecological and otheractivities. The experience collected in last decades identified structural typologies as space structures, cable structures, membrane structures and new - under tension - efficient materials which combination deals with lightweight structural systems, as the state of art on long span structural design. In order to increase the reliability assessment of wide span structural systems a knowledge based synthetic conceptual design approach is recommended. Theoretical and experimental in scale analysis, combined with a monitoring control of the subsequent performance of the structural system, can calibrate mathematical modelling and evaluate long term sufficiency of design.

HIGH-RISE APARTMENTS Location - Hyderabad Typology - Residential buildng Project - Academic. Year - 2017,Sem V Project Description Living in a high rise apartment immediately brings to mind a feeling of solitude. It is this sense of serenity and exclusivity that is increasingly driving buyers to opt for high rise apartments. These apartments bring to you a comfortable and rejuvenating experience in the middle of a busy city. Home owners of high rise apartments also have an increased feeling of security and peaceful coexistence that replaces the conundrum of their busy lives. In addition to this, high rise apartments often provide the best views, fresh air and an abundance of natural light. An opportunity to experience luxury and the ability to stay in the middle of the city in a calm and peaceful manner are two of the major reasons high rise apartments are fast becoming the preferred destinations for new home buyers. High-rise buildings became possible with the invention of the elevator (lift) and less expensive, more abundant building materials. The materials used for the structural system of high-rise buildings are reinforced concrete and steel.
