These sessions are designed for those who wish an introduction to the practice of Soto Zen Buddhism.

During your stay a resident monk or nun will accompany you.

You will spend the first day alone in silent meditation. Later you will join the community of monks and follow their daily schedule.

Throughout your stay you will receive teachings and presentations of the different forms of Soto Zen practice.

A stay is for a minimum of five days.
