RETRO GAMING DISCUSSION - TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES - TOURNAMENT FIGHTERS There were several, A lot of games on the market that attempted to capitalize on Street Fighter II's results. Needless to say Mortal Kombat not merely capitalized on it, but planted a seed that others will have to capitalize on. You can find tons of Street Fighter clones around, and certainly one of them was Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters. There had been 3 versions of this game released, but within this discussion I'll be speaking regarding the Super Nintendo version given that it is the one particular I know so well. Just like Street Fighter, this game is often a versus style fighting game. The game's most important characters are everyone's favored amphibians: Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello, and Raphael. Other fighters in the game incorporate a sharp clawed creature named War, a lady named Aska, a robot named Chrome Dome, a shark named Armaggon, a bat named Wingnut, and obviously, the principle villain himself, Shredder (named Cyber Shredder in the game). Every single character has their own special skills, strengths, and weaknesses, providing this game a very excellent balance.

You may have 3 diverse modes in this game, two of which are just like Street Fighter. The arcade mode is definitely the exact exact same thing as Street Fighter, where you fight every other fighter in the game (and if you're a turtle, you fight your fellow turtles also) in their precise stages.
