La nuova cavità dei forni Barazza è il risultato di una ricerca evoluta che, utilizzando moderni e sofisticati metodi di progettazione, porta allo sviluppo di prodotti dove la qualità è l’elemento di primaria importanza.

La manipolazione e l’estrazione delle pietanze e degli strumenti di cottura sono facilitate da un sistema di guide estraibili rese sicure da un dispositivo di bloccaggio a fine corsa.

The new interior of Barazza ovens is the outcome of evolved research that, using modern and sophisticated design methods, results in the development of products in which quality is the most important aspect.

5) Telescopic oven rails.

Food and baking-pans are easier to handle and remove thanks to a telescopic rail system. A locking device at the end of the run makes this system safe.

L’interno della porta forno è formato da un’unica superficie liscia in cristallo temperato che facilita le operazioni di pulizia.

6) Pannelli autopulenti.

Il forno può essere dotato di pannelli autopulenti, le cui superfici, trattate per sfruttare l’azione del calore, innescano automaticamente un processo di pulizia: i grassi vengono polverizzati e possono essere facilmente eliminati con un panno umido, senza ricorrere a detersivi. I pannelli, all’occorrenza, sono agevolmente removibili.

La cavità del forno è costituita da un corpo unico indeformabile privo di saldature a vista con ben 65 litri di capacità.

The oven can be fitted with selfcleaning panels having surfaces treated to exploit the effect of the heat in order to start an automatic cleaning process: grease is pulverised and can be easily removed by using a damp cloth without detergents. If necessary, the panels can be easily removed.

The new cavity is in all 60 cm ovens of the Tao, Lab, Select,Wolo and Trendy series.

Grazie all’adozione della resistenza circolare, il forno si arricchisce di altre due utilissime funzioni. La nuova cavità consente infatti l’attivazione rapida, che permette di raggiungere in tempi brevi la temperatura impostata, e la cottura ventilata multilivello.

Thanks to the use of a circular heating element, the oven benefits from two additional very useful functions.The new oven interior offers rapid heat up, making it possible to quickly reach the set temperature, as well as fan assisted multilevel oven.

La nuova cavità si articola in ben 6 livelli di cottura: 6 posizioni che permettono di gestire al meglio i tempi in cucina, infornando contemporaneamente più pietanze o cuocendo grandi quantità di cibo.

The new oven interior has 6 cooking levels: 6 positions that allow you to manage the time you spend in the kitchen in the best possible way, simultaneously baking various foods and cooking in large quantities.

Tutto più easy, a cominciare dalla pulizia.

Everything is easier, starting from cleaning.

La consistenza vetrosa dello smalto easy clean rende le superfici perfettamente lisce, inattaccabili dai grassi di cottura e facili da pulire. In alcuni modelli la cavità è interamente in acciaio inox 18/10, altamente igienico e di gusto hi-tech. Più easy anche l’ispezione interna, grazie a due luci laterali, e più agevole l’apertura in virtù delle cerniere soft.

The vitreous structure of the easy clean enamel makes the surfaces perfectly smooth so that cooking grease and oils simply slide off for easy cleaning. In some models the oven interior is entirely in 18/10 stainless steel that is extremely hygienic and has a hi-tech design.Thanks to two side lights even checking up on the cooking process is easier, as is door opening due to the soft-closing hinges.
