Thanks to the innovative DRYING SYSTEM (D.S.) with fan belt baskets and integrated REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM (R.O.S.) capable of providing excellent water quality, the glass washer of the WINE BAR line ensures thorough cleaning and excellent drying. The line is equipped with the STEAM RECOVERY SYSTEM (S.R.S.), which completely eliminates the steam created during the wash cycle and rinse cycle, contributing signiďŹ cantly to raise the working environment health standards. WINE BAR offers the possibility to integrate the WATER HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEM (H.R.S.), which ensures signiďŹ cant energy savings and thus lower operating costs. Tank, cell and molded wash arms give the product outstanding hygiene and cleanliness.

The DRYING SYSTEM (D.S.) greatly reduces labor time. When the drying cycle has ďŹ nished simply take the basket out and put the glassware away - there is no need for it to be dried with a cloth.
Thanks to the REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM (R.O.S.), the glasses are perfect without blemishes or stains due to water quality. Please note that the osmosis system is integrated in the machine, thus eliminating the problem of space in premises prevalently occupied by the furniture or rooms dedicated to other services. The integrated reverse osmosis system also allows a reduced consumption of detergent compared to common water treatment systems and drastically reduces the technical assistance, maintaining the heating elements always clean.

The (patented) heat recovery system H.R.S. consists in the implementation of a plate exchanger in the machine's water circuit, which makes it possible to use the heat from the waste water, giving it to the 3 litres of inlet water obtaining a thermal gradient of 34° with different advantages: • Reduction in machine operating costs, with 693,00 €/year savings in electric energy. • Reduction of the machine's environmental impact, consuming less energy and lowering the heat of the waste water. • Possibility to connect the machine to the cold water circuit without reducing performance.
Steam recovery system (S.R.S.) The total elimination of steam at the end of the wash cycle keeps the workplace healthy and prevents the operator from continuously breathing the substances contained in the detergents. It also ensures the absence of fumes after opening. Our steam recovery system needs to be connected to the cold water and not to the hot water produced by external heat sources. The cold water sent into the condensing device allows the steam generated by the rinsing cycle to be absorbed and eliminated quickly. This exchange allows an average heat rise of about 16°C to be recovered from the mains water and sent directly to the boiler, with annual electricity savings of up to 330,00 €.

The baskets supplied with the dishwashers of the WINE BAR line are one of the most innovative aspects of this product. In fact, they are equipped with special ventilation holes that convey the hot air recovered under the glasses at the end of the wash cycle. This guarantees perfect drying that, combined with reverse osmosis system, ensures shiny and streak-free glasses. But there's more! Starting today, WINE BAR commercial dishwashers also allow to wash the dishes with new baskets specifically designed to be more and more versatile. This way, you'll also have shiny and perfectly dry dishes after each washing.
