To enable users (especially students) to explore the different fields of study in the campus by constructing a mirrored tower to see the view of its surroundings from the outside and by creating open spaces to have an outlook of the site from the tower.
Trial and error method to experiment on the angles and to see if it shows the views of certain buildings.
To use mirrors/ any reflective material to show the views of the buildings
The angle of the mirror still does not show the medical building
Used Rhino to get the overview of the campus and to see where to put the mirrors and to know which angles would work.
In here, I could see the reflection of the medical building from Wilson Avenue. Karen Dionisio-See 613168 Designing Environments

The tower has a view of buildings from different fields of study
The final design is to show the views of the surrounding buildings in the exterior and interior of the tower through glass windows and balconies.
In here, used the trial and error method to make the structure of the tower.
Final Product To see other views from the tower itself.

After finding the right angles of the mirror, I need to figure out how to build the tower from this geometry.
Started connecting the mirrored structure and explored on how to construct the tower.
Part of the site response was to incorporate the circulation of the users’ movement in the area.
Looking at monash road, From union house - Life Wilson Avenue - medical, you will we see the archi- sciences and arts build- engineering and comtecture building and scimerce (The Spot) buildings ence buildings ings Provide information desks as well as space for students and visitors to sit or to relax. The tower can also provide a working fpace for students
The floor plan and entrances of the tower has been modified from the first design in order to work with the geometry of the tower. Ground Floor Plan 1:200
