Useful Information Catering – refreshments and snacks will be available to purchase from the hotel’s lounge. Toilets - toilets are available within the hotel, ask someone for directions at the event reception. Lost Property – there is no cloakroom facility at our venue, any items handed in will be kept at the event reception. Children – parents are requested to keep their children with them at all times. Fire Safety – in the unlikely event of a fire, please exit the building through the nearest available fire exit. Exhibitor FREE Talks & Demonstrations - all talks & demonstrations take place in a separate designated room (signposted), please ensure you have your FREE Talk receipt from the event reception to guarantee admittance. Exhibitors - the attendance of any particular therapist, reader or retailer does not signify their endorsement by the organisers.
