MEET KAREN Member Experience Advisor, Midwest Region As the Member Experience Advisor for the Midwest Region based in Denver, Karen partnered with Larry Coats, Regional Membership Executive and Holly Kreider, Marketing Manager to create and host unique in-market Member Experiences (events) to promote a year-round membership experience for The Ritz-Carlton Destination Club Members residing in the region, which included Denver Experiences, Bachelor Gulch Club Experiences and Prospective Member Events in Dallas, Houston and Chicago. Karen also brought new meaning to “personalized service” by providing proactive vacation planning for the Members residing in the Midwest Region. At the Bachelor Gulch and Vail Club locations, Karen actively planned and coordinated onsite Member events and hosted the weekend Ritz-Carlton Destination Club booth at the Vail Farmer’s Market to capture leads and provide information about The Ritz-Carlton Destination Club properties and services.
