HOW TO REDUCE STRESS AND ENJOY LIFE IN 4 STEPS Nowadays most people is always talking about their stress and their lack of time to enjoy life, but almost nobody knows that it actually exists a good way to avoid this. It’s easier than you think. And we can show you the way. Only by following four steps you can be able to escape from your always busy life and to have a balance that allows you to enjoy and spend more time with your relatives and friends. 1. It might sound obvious but, organize your life! if you organize a schedule and you make sure to follow it, you can manage your time better. Don’t set too many alarms to wake you up. Try to discipline yourself, because hearing too much noise in the morning might affect your humor and make you wake up angry and stressed. For example, If you know that you don’t need to wake up until 5:15, avoid setting alarms at 5:00, 5:05 … Just commit yourself to an hour and set only the alarm that you need.
2. Don’t try to be in all the places all the time. Trying to have too many activities may not be the right option for you. Think about how important the activity is for you, decide and be there to enjoy it. For example if you have two parties and you need to go to your swimming class, think about what is most important and which event you are not going to have the opportunity to attend again. That will help you to decide better.

Don’t forget that nowadays we don’t have a lot of free time, so try to not waste it on fights or things that are not going to help you to be a better a person. Don’t go out with people that don’t like or eat food you hate even if your best friend or relatives invite you.
Do activities that you LOVE! Don’t try to fit in a way of living only because it is accepted by the majority. Think about your feelings, tastes and interests. There is no better way to relax and enjoy that doing the things that you love.
5 things that you can practice to reduce stress When I was 40, I worked from 6am to 9pm every day, and I felt ok but suddenly I started to have many headaches and I was always tired. So I decided to make an appoiment with my doctor and he told me that I was working too much therefore, I realized that I needed to change many things in my daily routine. That was the right moment when I started to search about different pactices to reduce stress and now I want to share it with all of you:
1. Eat healthy: A good and balanced diet helps you in many ways. 2. Practice a sport: Do something like yoga or spinning, it will help you to be more active. 3.
