The BalenoBlu team of experts meets with the client to thoroughly discuss requirements, specifications and details. This is to make sure that client needs are comprehensively understood and challenges are correctly addressed
Following the assessment phase, the BalenoBlu technical and cost managements teams get together to draft a proposal for the client. This proposal includes all specifications, terms and conditions of the agreement, as well as a financial quotation.
The BalenoBlu team then proceeds with manufacturing samples of the approved designs and sending them to the client for review and approval.

Once the samples are approved, the order then goes into production, with each piece carefully built to match the initial, client-approved sample.
The BalenoBlu logistics team then takes over and the delivery phase of the products begins and the order is transported to the client’s premises.
Installation is carefully completed at our client’s premises, ensuring every piece is set up correctly & efficiently.
Final inspection of each piece is conducted with installation, thus guaranteeing complete client satisfaction. The BalenoBlu team then delivers the products’ warranty to the client, and returns every six months for a periodical inspection.
