Three chapters from the novel by Stephen James Smith.
Part mediaeval spiritual journey, part post-modern exploration of the void, Tango Turiya carries the reader cinematically across countries and continents on Emma Dakin's search for timeless love, to where the flow of tide and time turns back upon itself.
Stephen James Smith traces his origins to the farm- and moorlands of Derbyshire where he was raised. He has lived in Paris, London and Montreal, on Formentera in the Balearic Islands, at places of retreat in India and, more recently, in Ojai, California. Inspired by the life and work of Krishnamurti, he teaches at the Brockwood Park School in Hampshire.
