INTRODUCTION
According to the New York Times, 90’s music and fashion were a decade of diversity and being open-minded. This collection celebrates a sense of nostalgia by offering a new take on it for todays modern woman. Todays consumer is in search of a new shopping experience, imbued with a feeling of quality when purchasing their item and a sense of nostalgia once leaving the store with their quality on trend buy. Consumers are willing to pay those extra euros knowing this item will continue to still look good when intoduced into the winter months and accompanied with heavier separates. Health and well-being are at the center of most conversations amongst young women today, therefore as consumers we are celebrating this back-to-basics ethic. This collection represents a refreshing pallet cleanser, as neutrals are becoming increasingly important for spring summer 2019. However, The ‘TWIST’ in this collection is the mix of light tones and pastels in one look and the balance between the geometric shapes and volumising or relaxed sleeves in the outewear and light sweaters. Versitility in adapting the outerwear to allow garments to glide easily between the winter and summer months will be an added benefit that the customers are happy to pay for. Oversized and sustainability is the message within this collection. Modernity is still present along with the basic retro shapes of the 90’s. Draping and ruching is a must to give that boutique feel and personal touch to the overall look. Early spring you will see silhouetts in chunky sweaters whilst still keeping those neutral ‘summer is upon us’ tones. ‘Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished’ -Matt Haig, Author of Notes on a nervous planet -

INTRODUCTION
Drawing delecate inspiration from the hustle and bustle of the streets of Marrakesh and the artistic Madinas in the heart of the city. This collection is turned on it’s head by removing busy prints and being inspired by Morocco’s rich herritage in colour and comfort during those hot desert summers. This narrative also shows a sensibility to galvanise the lighter tones to really empower the different shades of spicy pepper red and fruity oranges. Sophistication and comfort is the key to this pretty, yet sensual collection, while still offering that versititity in the small detail of rich floral prints or simple powerful graphics on the circular knit section in trousers and Tshirts. ‘She will continue to look classy and sassy when in her sloungewear.’ With todays consumer attitudes changing towards climate change and the desire to be able to live on a healthy planet more prescient than ever. Consumers appetite for brighter colours is set to continue. Thus, showing a new action and generation of confident, strong women. Key features for SS 2019 include slounge wear mixed with delicate lace contrasts. Low necklines in tops and outerwear and classic pieces that can be worn with trainers to give both a smart or casual option. The influence of Tailoring continues to grow this season with power dressing and crimson RED tones in belted blazers, pleated high waisted trousers and extreme palazzo folds. These pieces can be seen, as separates or complete outfits, allowing casual sweaters to blend systematically with contrasting materials such as utility cotton and linen in outwear. colour clashing is left in the desert dust, as harmoney becomes the order of the day, with simple shapes and colours flowing with each piece’s style elements celebrating and complementing the pasions of the other. “TRAVELLING. It leaves you speechless, then turns you into a storyteller” -Ibn Battuta Moroccan explorer-
