Drawing 1 charcoal on newsprint 18 X 24in Here are a few drawings done while studying as a Fine Arts major at the Community College of Rhode Island. Most of these were done as quick warm up drawings or exercises, where the focus was more on the diversity of markings rather than getting a precise rendering of the subjects.

Web Mockup typography, web design, photoshop For this assignment I created a mock-up for a website re-design for Franklin Farm in Cumberland RI. With the information given to us along with some pictures, I reworked the layout of the page to make the experience of visiting Franklin Farm’s site both visually stimulating and user friendly, using elements like vector icon imagery and small sections of information that the reader will be not be overwhelmed by when first viewing the site.
Design For Good typography, branding In this project I was tasked to design and conceptualize a ‘design for good’ organization. I created Ripe, a non-profit organization committed to spreading awareness about the benefits of eating local farm-grown produce and livestock. I designed my logo by hand, as well as create a poster with Ripe’s motto ‘Fresh, Local, Smart’, along with a mock-up of a website and bumpersticker.

2015 Poster Designs typography, color, layout 11.5 X 17in
Here are three posters I designed to go along with an ad campaign some peers and myself comprised for our Creative Advertising class for JWU’s Health and Wellness Fair. As well as the posters I designed the logo featured at the bottom for the campaign as well. My vision was to create something that would catch the attention of the JWU community as they passed them by day to day, using a combination of bright vibrancy in the color choices and clean bold type for our headlines

Mini Zine layout design, illustration, typography In this assignment I created an 8-page magazine called Overgrown, a magazine made for overgrown children and under-ripe adults. Using articles written by some close friends and myself I comprised the stories and topics they were passionate about and paired them with some of my own illustrations with the goal of making a unique reading experience that captures just how it feels to be a young adult.
Invitations typography, print design For this assignment I created an Invitation, Save the Date, & R.S.V.P. for a New Years Eve party. Going along with the ‘Great Gatsby’ theme, I designed my invitations with a heavy focus on typography and vector imagery, incorporating intricate 1920s borders and utilizing the classic ‘New Years Eve’ black & gold color scheme.

Screen Design & Coding web design, html, css, typography A redesign of Hospicio San Jose, a hospital and orphanage in Guatemala, was my very first website. Through the use of html and css to code this multi-page site, we were tasked to make the information more engaging and easier to view by the user as well as making good use of the visual imagery we were given to comprise an overall positive user experience that was clean, stimulating and functional.
Screen Design & Coding web design, html, css, typography For this project I created a re-design of Everett theater company’s website. The goal was to take a site which was over-polluted with pages and pages of information, and re-work that information to showcase the content so it wouldn’t just be blocks of text people would scroll past, but rather a site which highlighted some of the company’s beautifully written content in a digestible way. In addition, emphasis neededto be on some of the powerful imagery, so the consumer got a great feel for what the company is all about.
