A standard suite includes the main invitation (5”x7”), invitation envelope (A7) response card (3.5”x5” or 4.25”x5.5”), response envelope (4Bar or A2), and an additional small enclosure card. ABOUT Our custom option is the most personalized way to bring your stationery vision to life and it all s t a r t s b y g e t t i n g t o k n o w o n e a n o t h e r. W h e t h e r i t ’s o v e r t h e p h o n e o r i n - p e r s o n , w e w i l l h a v e a n i n - d e p t h consultation regarding your paper goods. Since each wedding is different, we will work together to create something beautiful and unique to you. Our custom design option starts at $500 and includes services such as custom wedding branding, custom logo design, luxury printing options, and more. PROCESS (4-6 MONTHS) 1 D E S I G N C O N S U L T A T I O N L e t ’s c h a t ! T h i s i s y o u r c h a n c e t o s i t d o w n w i t h m e a n d d i s c u s s y o u r stationery vision. Share your favorite images, Pinterest boards, and design inspiration. During the consult, I’ll share past work, samples, and we will discuss paper options. 2 PROJECT PROPOSAL Following our consultation, I will send you a project proposal with all the points discussed and include a pricing estimate and timeline. Once approved, secure your design spot by submitting a 50% down payment and the signed contract. At this point, I will ask you for all of your wedding information and details. 3 I N S P I R AT I O N B O A R D , L O G O & M O C K U P S A s p a r t o f o u r c u s t o m p a c k a g e , I w i l l c r e a t e a n inspiration board that will feature different color combinations, font pairings, and textures. Also included will be design concepts of your stationery goods. A complimentary logo is also created just for you. 4 D E S I G N + R E F I N E O n c e w e h a v e t h e l o o k y o u a r e g o i n g f o r, o u r c u s t o m p a c k a g e i n c l u d e s u n l i m i t e d p ro o f s s o w e c a n p e r f e c t y o u r s t a t i o n e r y. O n c e e v e r y t h i n g i s e x a c t l y h o w y o u w a n t i t , y o u w i l l s i g n t h e f i n a l print approval form. 5 PRINTING Allow our shop a minimum of 2 weeks to finish this next step of our process. Allow extra time for luxury print methods such as custom foiling or letterpress. 6 D E L I V E R Y Yo u r s t a t i o n e r y p a c k a g e w i l l b e d e l i v e r e d t o y o u b y t h e a g r e e d u p o n d a t e . 1 HOW LONG DOES THE P R O C E S S T A K E ? Yo u r invitations should be ordered about 3-4 months before your wedding to allow plenty of time to assemble and mail. Design usually takes 2-3 weeks; printing will take an additional 2-3 weeks. Additional time is required for custom design orders (4-6 months from first point of contact to delivery), so make sure you have plenty of time if you choose to do a custom order with our shop. 2 WHEN SHOULD I SEND O U T M Y I N V I TAT I O N S ? I t is recommended that save the dates be sent out 4-6 months prior to your wedding date and wedding invitations be sent 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding date. 3 DO YOU HAVE M AT C H I N G W E D D I N G ITEMS LIKE MENUS? Every suite has coordinating items like menus to create a cohesive stationery look.

4 W H AT A R E YO U R S H I P P I N G P O L I C I E S ? We ship via USPS priority shipping. All orders come with a tracking number and insurance and are shipped for a flat rate of $20. 5 CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR OF MY DESIGN TO M A T C H M Y W E D D I N G ? Ye s . All suites can be changed to match the look of your wedding. See our color chart for additional information. 6 CAN I JUST HAVE THE D I G I TA L F I L E TO P R I N T M Y S E L F ? To k e e p t h e integrity of our designs intact, we do not offer digital versions of our products. 7 W H AT A R E YO U R S TO R E HOURS? Karly K Designs is open Monday through Friday f ro m 9 : 0 0 a m - 5 : 0 0 p m C S T. I am available for inperson meetings and phone consultations by appointment o n l y. O u r s h o p i s c l o s e d m o s t weekends and holidays.

8 H OW D O E S PAY M E N T WORK? A 50% deposit is due to book your spot in our design queue. At this point, we will send a contract that will also need to be signed before we begin. The remaining balance will need to be paid prior to moving forward w i t h p r i n t p r o d u c t i o n . We s e t up all of our payments through our online storefront. All online payment methods are safe and secure and the easiest way to pay for our services. 9 HOW MANY REVISIONS ARE INCLUDED? If you choose a design from our collection you are alotted 3 rounds of revisions and an inital proof. If additional revisions are needed, our store charges $25 each r o u n d t h e r e a f t e r. D u e t o t h e nature of custom orders we offer unlimited rounds of revisions to make sure your invitations are just perfect.

10 DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS? All deposits are n o n - r e f u n d a b l e . H o w e v e r, i f you choose to not move forward with our printing services for whatever reason, the remaining balance will be cancelled. If products are approved and already printed, we do not offer full or partial refunds under any circumstances. 11 CAN I SEE A SAMPLE? O f c o u r s e ! We o f f e r f r e e sample kits to our prospective clients for no charge. See and feel the quality of our work for yourself.
