We would like to invite you to join us for the 2017 QPA Annual General Meeting (AGM).
When: 6.30pm, Wednesday 14 June 2017 Where: R202 at Queenwood Senior School (followed by light refreshments) Attending the AGM enable you to learn more about the activities undertaken by the QPA in the prior year, hear about future plans, and participate in a discussion of any relevant issues/questions (see Item 5 below).
The agenda for the evening will be: Item 1: Members to confirm last AGM minutes; Item 2: President's address, updating members on activities from last financial year; Item 3: Financial reports of QPA accounts; Item 4: Confirmation of the current auditor; Item 5: Discussion of other matters brought to the AGM provided notice has been given or if no notice given, a majority of members agrees to discuss.
Following the meeting, all parents are invited to stay for an informal discussion on the QPA and future events. Tea, coffee and light refreshments will be available after the presentations.
