It’s important to check that a current statement has been provided. For example, a parent/guardian may submit an ‘up to date’ statement relating to when their child was 6 months old but the child is now 12 months old. Therefore, it is important to make sure that the date due for next immunisations is in the future.
Every effort is made to ensure that the information contained on the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register is correct. The data is based on information provided to Medicare Australia by immunisation providers and the accuracy of data is dependent on the quality and timeliness of information provided. Immunisation records are only available from 1 January 1996.
The immunisations that the child requires next and when they are due are listed here. The due date should be entered in the ‘Next immunisations due date’ in your Immunisation Register. Select ‘Up to Date – Immunisation History Statement’ in your Immunisation Register drop down list. PAGE 8 NSW Health Immunisation Enrolment Tookit Version 1.0
