AUNTIE KAREN ORIGINAL ART

The Auntie Karen Foundation is an organization that strongly believes in showcasing talented artists. Each year, a new piece is commissioned for the annual Legends of...Concert. Since 2012, the organization has used original works by Rodgers Boykin. Other notable artists who have contributed to the concert include Sheneka Jackson Kinsey. This year's featured artist is Raymond Burton. Raymond created "Al's Heavenly View," the stunning poster art for Legends 2023. The concept behind the piece is Al Jarreau watching from heaven as Kirk Whalum, Regina Belle, Chris Walker, and Bob James honor his work. The Auntie Karen Foundation is committed to promoting and celebrating the work of diverse artists and the Legends of...Concert is a fantastic opportunity to experience the beauty and creativity of these talented individuals.
