Established in 1981, KASTAS A.S. is the leading specialist for design,production and distribution of Hydraulic and Pneumatic sealing elements as well as technical rubber parts and offering consulting services before/after sales. With over 250 employees, KASTAS headquarters is located in the Atatürk Industrial Zone, Cigli-Izmir. Besides its wide range of standardized profiles, KASTAS also manufactures custom made sealing elements within the customer specifications ensuring the quality and traceability. KASTAS range of seals are manufactured mainly with NBR, Viton (FPM), Silicone (MVQ), Neoprene (CR), Natural Rubber (NR), SBR , etc as well as Thermoplastics such as injected Polyurethane(PU), Polyacetal (POM), Hytrel (TPE). KASTAS is serving its customers more than 10,000 articles by the up-to date manufacturing technology (PLC controlled Rubber and Plastic Injection Machines, Vacuum Presses, Phosphate Coating Unit, Cold Deflashing, etc).
