Fill the Coupe Champagne glass with ice and place to one side. Into the Boston glass place all the ingredients and fill with ice. Seal the Boston shaker and shake hard until a thick withe foam sticks to the inside of the Boston glass. Once done use a fine strainer and a Hawthorne strainer to transfer the finished drink to the pre-chilled glass.
