Add 1 spoonful of brown Demerara sugar into a sturdy 9oz rocks glass. Measure 5ml of soda with your Bonzer® bar spoon. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters. Rock the flat end of the Bonzer® bar spoon over the sugar crystals to help them dissolve into the mix. Measure 50ml of a great quality bourbon with the Bonzer® jigger. Stir the ingredients together slowly to dissolve the sugar fully into the bourbon and melt the ice for perfect dilution where all the flavour is retained but burn of straight spirit is lost. Add ice and bourbon in small quantities to control the dilution level. Spray oils of a piece of thick orange zest over the drink, rub around the rim of the glass for zing on the lips of a drinker and use to garnish.
