Pour the sugar, citrus juices and the egg white into the base of the Boston glass and add the spring from Bonzer ® Hawthorne Strainer. Seal the shaker with no ice and shake vigorously. Open the shaker and add the ice and remaining ingredients. Shake again and then using a Hawthorne and fine strainer, transfer the drink to the glass. Garnish and enjoy.
