skin
muscles
smoking reduces the amount of oxygen that reaches the skin, causing it to age faster and be prone to wrinkling
carbon monoxide replaces some of the oxygen in the blood, making it harder for it to transfer into muscle cells
skin complexion is at risk of developing a yellow-grey colouring
this causes muscles to tire easily, meaning exercise is harder
