Premises of ŠKODA AUTO concern Studio Hlavacek/Linhartova I winter semester 2013 prediploma project Mlada Boleslav, CZ Concept / PARKing The main motive of the design was to connect these two areas (the old factory, where museum is, with the places in front of the new factory) so as to correspond to each other, but also that the old factory keeps its spirit. In contrast, the new concept of the area in front of the new factory should offer modern architectural elements. Since this is the automotive industry and parts associated with it, was a key element of the design car, transportation and everything that goes with it may also be related . The design is therefore conceived as a „city of the cars“ for humans. Therefore the main motive is „vertical movement of the car.“ This has created shapes of green areas, which have a dual function: as a walkable green roof = PARK for city residents, while these green roofs cover the necessary capacity of parking spaces for employees Škoda Auto = Parking . This concept also corresponds with the „green ideology“, which is promoted by the conglomerate. In the designed area are newly formed also spaces for gathering of the residents. The connecting element of the design is flyover footbridge. It also serves as a guide to the new premises, which are more focused on the needs of city residents. In the area in front of the new factory also leisure activities for visitors are located (mini golf, playgrounds, skate park, ...). Building mass Mass concept of the new buildings corresponds to the main idea of the design and therefore is there inscribes „vertical movement of the car“ as a ramp shape to the concept of their roofs. Space In the design new green and park areas arose in the spaces in front of the new factory. In contrast with this material the arrangement of the old factory has been placed. Here to preserve the original spirit was selected large-format paving with certain elements of interior furnishing, which conceptually refers to the ideas of the new park areas. The old factory The old factory has become new meeting place for residents and for cultural events. The new buildings are designed here: congress and cultural- educational center. They create together with the already existing museum a complex, which offers visitors an educational program, leisure activities, as well as a place for rest and relaxation. In these places also begins its journey already mentioned footbridge, which is also a guide for the visitor through the whole complex. Existing school building has been retained for the design of the hotel. Parking is solved partly as outside and partly for the operation of the congress center and hotel, such as underground. Area in front of the new factory In the neighborhood of shopping center a health center was newly built. Together with the mall thus forms a certain center for population amenities. In interaction with the existing building of „purchase“ constitutes this building space square that its mass is bordered on two sides and this closeness can vary more private space. Parking places for employees are hidden in the terrain and on the green roofs are placed leisure activities for inhabitants.

Customer centre ŠKODA AUTO Studio Hlavacek/Linhartova I summer semester 2013 diploma project Mlada Boleslav, CZ
The building is situated on the newly created square, which was designed within the revitalization of the area . The square is located at the northeastern end of the area. From the northwest side is bounded by the main existing highway of Vaclav Klement. On the northeast side consists this boundary newly designed parallel highway. Design of the building is divided into three parts. This concept is based on the original urban design, which divided the whole territory to the „green belts„ in which were hidden functions serving factory employees and residents of nearby settlements. Just as the designed green areas of different slopes are walkable, on the same idea is based also design of the building mass. Roofs are thus conceived as green and differently refracted. In some places are accessible to the public in connection with Customer Service. The variety of height levels of the roof cladding also refers to various functions that occur in the building. Buildings follow each other depending on the „movement“ of the product - a car, mutually non-limiting. The first part is the storage area (building C) from which the product moves to the workshop (building B), where it is undergoing final editing. In the last stage of the process (building A) the final version is going to the new owner. The main building of the customer center is conceived with a enormous hall, opened over 2 floors. This space is intended to serve primarily as a showroom and exhibition space for cars. Material concept design wanted to emphasize the fact that the building has to serve the automotive concern. Main facade element is therefore a steel frame which supports a wire mat. It has to refere with its metal appearance the hood of the car and work with cars, since metal sheet is in this industry the core material. Simultaneously, these mats also serve as an effective screening of large glass surfaces. In the evening, in conjunction with an inner light that comes out of the building, this element creates an interesting architectural element of the whole area.

Thanks to a location that is directly connected to the axis passing through the historical center of the city, the whole building was conceived as a theater, where Munich creates the scene itself. This axis also plays an important role in the symmetry of the whole building. From this idea also arose resulting mass suggestion. Its shape of „opened“ buckle offers visitors panoramic view of the entire historical center of the city. Idea of the theater opened to the city also had an impact on the concept of the whole vertical construction. Floor of the hotel itself serves as an auditorium for the audience, there was thus an area, where is possible to watch the city skyline and other events taking place in the entrance foyer. The floor above move backwards, so that allows visitors from the top floors comfortable vision. The hotel corridor is continuous around the perimeter of the atrium and on the front facade that creates a gallery, which is used mainly to enjoy the beauties of Munich. Hotel unit Hotel room is designed so that even a visitor of the hotel from Munich took the most intense experience. And so the hotel room itself is like a view of the town. Dimensions of the rooms also determine the resulting static modulus hotel building as well as facade parts. Facade Facade of the hotel was influenced by hotel units - rooms - which thus determine the resulting
raster its division. Maximum glazing enhances the idea of the hotel, as well as the smallest unit hotel creates a theater auditorium. Just as it is allowed to look out of the hotel, is allowed also a view from outside into the hotel where each room can also serve as a single scene. To hang privacy drapes are also here, as the own curtain. Mass The mass of buildings that were created on the site of contemporary Karstadt respond to the mass concept of hotel building. Repeated here opened clamp which is alternated with buildings that are their facades facing the recessed courtyard. This division also refers to the various functions of these structures. Spreading clips are apartment buildings, while buildings with a simple floor plan offices. Equally, the apparent breakdown of the elevator arrangement where residential buildings have one floor more than an office buildings. The overall appearance of the building, however, more or less follows the line of the existing street and block development. All objects used as roof terraces for their residents. The input levels of all buildings newly arising business unit or restaurants or cafes.

Dami Fresh Bar private project I study October 2013 Pilsen, CZ
Dami fresh bar is an existing fresh bar unit, which operates in Pribram. However the owners wanted to expand his business further site of action and thus in this case, the state Pilsner, namely mall Doubravka. Concept Idea of the whole design is based on the playful paintings on the wall and vertical minigarden with your own herbs, which will be added into cocktails. Wall painting These contours featured silhouettes of objects, their shadows, which we would normally expect at those places, in case there would really were these objects (shade chandelier, glasses). Their absence, however, is replaced by the object to which their existence is inherently (a bulb that acts as a light element). Color and playfulness Materials and colors are chosen in finer and lighter colors, as space units were somewhat cramped and thus wanted to achieve a more spacious feel. This should also contribute to a large mirror, which was placed almost in the middle of the whole disposition. Like all silhouettes painted patterns are not uniform, the same idea is used also in light of the actual counter for the chosen lamps but in the opposite way, already tangible and real, their shades are the same material but different shapes.

Reconstruction of family house Pod Habrim 25 I private project I study August 2012 Spojil, CZ
The project deals with reconstruction and modification of existing dispositions of the house and its adjacent barn. The main motive was to create the first floor facilities that would later sufficed homeowners to be there live alone without children. The lower part is theoretically divided into zones - the social and private. Sliding double doors in the living room and kitchen are to contribute to the overall interconnection space to them, if necessary, put have one large common unit . From here you can also climb the stairs to the second floor. In this social area is the entrance to the private part of the house owners. Here we get through the closet either in the bedroom or the bathroom, which is private, just for the owners. The second floor is designed for children or guests. On the gallery is also designed preparation for later placement kitchen, at a later time if the owner would want to divide those floors. Facade Facade treatments are conceived rather classical manner - a plaster. Sliding shutters in front of the windows should make it a bit special. Thanks to them, the facade will be throughout the day changing in different ways and therefore will not cause a monotonous impression.

Houseboat - family house Studio Dvorak/Sikola I summer semester 2011 bachelor project Lago di Garda, IT
The project deals with the design of an atypical family house, which is based on a floating pontoon (houseboat) and is located on the water. Location berth was elected to the Italian lake Lago di Garda. The construction of residential units is designed as a single-storey with multiple levels of elevation, which is also inscribe in the resulting materials . This solution created in the object space from which it is possible to perceive the water surface from several different perspectives. Level for walk- stepped terraces on the roof of the building, which react to the concept of the mountainous panorama around the lake . Idea The intention was to design a single-storey building, which would , if the location of the Czech Republic, to move freely and move the local waters to the North Sea . This was determined by the largest possible height of the building, which was maximally used, +4.500 m. The building is composed of a single mass of more height levels. They form a roof terrace. The roof structure is deliberately is advanced from a different material than the remaining material. The sharp break character then responds to the surrounding mountain panorama. Materials were chosen each contrast - dark gray and creamy white color to the roof line as the most obvious. By application of multilevel structures formed inside and outside the premises from which it is possible to view water surface entirely different ways. On the lower ground floor there is an intense contact with the water surface. Terrace first floor serves as a relaxing place that close to the water evokes the beach and stay on the roof terrace overlooking the water may resemble a ship‘s deck. Space The building is divided into a private and public zone. Public is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Private is partially reduced below the elevation of the water level and access to it after a few steps. At this level window sills are at the lowest possible height closest to the water surface. Contact with water in this part of the most intense and creates a unique atmosphere of life on the water. Because it is a single-storey building it was possible to design a comfortable ride height. In all rooms is at least +2.700 m in the living room, this value increases linearly up to +3.400 m Living rooms are located along the side , which is always oriented towards the water. By separating the operating corridor, which eliminates any possible noise that the technological equipment could occur. This layout arrangement is favorable for connection to a public network technology.

Family house Motol I study cooperation with P6PA+Architects, s.r.o. October 2012 Prague, CZ
The project had to design a house with three flats in the sloping terrain of Prague‘s Motol. The plot in this case is to use the maximum possible extent. It was necessary to squeeze here needed parking places, which for a house in this area were six of them. Thanks to southern slope living room and a common area with kitchen can be placed to the 1 basement, which opens onto the garden. Entry to the house is however 1st floor away from the pedestrian walkway from the street V Uvalu. Entrance for vehicles is provided from the street Pod Homolkou. 1st floor serves as a study or office. Thanks gallery is connected with the social zone in basement. The private part is placed on the top, thus 2nd floor. There are rooms for children and a bedroom. In the lobby 2nd floor is created a smaller social environment, thus sofa with TV corner, appropriate library. The facade is conceived in the traditional way, from wooden slats treated against bad weather. The gaps between the bars are filled with translucent flexible sealant. Under construction could also be put a night light, which would illuminate facade to the neighborhood and create an interesting backdrop.

Studio ParoubkovĂĄ/Filsak I winter semester 2011 school project Benatky nad Jizerou, CZ
The areal of golf club is located near the city of Benatky nad Jizerou, east of the city to highway Mladska. The buildings of the complex were designed independently, according to their functional use. The area is accessible not only for golfers, but also because of fitness to wider public. It will run the club, especially in the winter months, within would not be able to play golf. There is also a miniature golf on the roof and sandpit for children. The main building is located at the center of the access road. From the aerial view, the building would be the most likened the golf course itself, the roof is green and is located on the sandpit for children - bankr. In the 1st floor there is the entrance hall, which is through the whole building to the outdoor terrace, divided into two parts. Northwest part is intended to restaurant, and its needed facilities, technical room for radiators and air handling units, toilets, which are accessible from the hall, and a business unit. Southeast part is completely utilized for equipment for athletes. Departments and changing rooms for golfers as well as the changing rooms and clean part for fitness and gym. In 2nd floor is a cafĂŠ with a terrace and a children‘s sand pit, from where is the view of almost the entire golf place. Stairway or elevator are placed in the lobby of the 1st floor. Tee house Tee house is a two-storey building, which is used only in warmer seasons. In winter tarpaulin roof cover is removed and stored for the next season. In the 1st floor training boxes are placed on the batting, buffet for the player but also for visitors, bathroom and garage for machinery or tools used to modify the board. 2nd floor is entirely dedicated players for a training launch . Bungalows Accommodation bungalows are located at the end of the driveway with turnabout. They are inserted between forest vegetation for more privacy, yet close enough to the board. They are oriented toward the golf course on which they have a direct view from the bedroom suite and rooftop terrace.

Composite city Hamburg Studio Manuell Scholl I summer semester 2012 cooperation with Lidia Salvati Hamburg, DE The project deals with the concept of urban space and the arrangement of the required functions of the existing school district in Hamburg Altona. Nowadays, there are all levels of the lower school degrees, from nursery to the 2nd grade of elementary school. The overall concept should be retained in the draft and it was required to territory also add a certain percentage of facilities and housing units. Concept According to the analysis of the green, it was clear that the whole area is a certain continuity and efforts to link green spaces. The design was therefore to maintain the connection and therefore the entire territory conceived as a spacious park in which the school buildings appear as separate units. The buildings are not enclosed, it would undermine the spatial equilibrium, but they are conceived as closed blocks. Thus, smaller pupils can play undisturbed in the inner courtyard of the school, while older pupils have the opportunity to free will and can move throughout the school district. Green connection is guided through the entire area, through its central part. There are also positioned school units. The housing was considered at quieter places and therefore the residential building located on the west side of the main connection where the surrounding buildings have the same function. Mass concept of different residential buildings and school buildings has to make clear for the first sight that these are complexis of different functions. L - UNITS buildings were chosen deliberately for guiding a foreign visitor through the park, which was probably the intention of his coming. In contrast to more complex layout of residential buildings made it clear that it is only for people who are local.

05 The chosen points become open spaces, they are in connection with the spaces around. In that way is garanteed a relation with the context. For doing that it is decided to rebuilt completely the whole area. 06 Schools and educational equipments (canteen, library, Jugendclub) are situated in the middle of the area. In that way all these buildings have a facing on open space.

09 This typology has been chosen because in that way is covered the view over the building, therefore the people just follow the new drawed direction.

In the area the five key points were designed, that needed to draft and also to connect them resulting urban structure guiding the visitor freely. In the middle of the whole concept arose places, plazas, where the main buildings of the public interest are located - library,
