Ian Davenport
Ian Davenport (British, b.1966) is an abstract painter, Turner Prize nominee, and member of the Young British Artists. Born in Kent, Davenport briefly attended Northwich College of Art and Design. Davenport studied at Goldsmiths College alongside notable peers such as Damien Hirst, Michael Landy, Gary Hume, and Sarah Lucas. He graduated in 1988, and that same year was included in Hirst’s seminal Freeze exhibition the first gathering of the loose group that would become known as the Young British Artists. Known for his abstract compositions, he creates his pieces by dripping household gloss paint onto tilted canvases, boards, and aluminum panels, allowing gravity to determine the appearance of the final work With an emphasis on experimentation, Davenport seeks to prioritize immediacy and spontaneity over theoretical concerns.
The artist held his first solo show in 1990, and was also invited to participate in The British Art Show later that year. He has since gone on to exhibit in numerous galleries and institutions, including Paul Kasmin Gallery in New York, Dundee Contemporary Arts, and Hakgojae Gallery in South Korea, as well as the Tate Britain, in an exhibition titled Days Like These, for which he created a 42-and-a-half-foot-long mural made by dripping lines of paint down a wall using a syringe Recently, Davenport has turned his focus to silkscreen printing and etching, and has begun to build up a significant body of graphic work.
Davenport’s paintings are held in prestigious collections around the world, including the Arts Council of Great Britain, the Dallas Museum of Art, the Tate Gallery in London, Weltkunst Collection in Zurich, and Southampton City Art Gallery.

Russell Young
Russell Young, born in 1959 in Yorkshire, is a British-American artist best known for his large-scale silk screen paintings examining cultural icons, the nature of fame, and the souring of the American Dream. Young photographed many music stars throughout the 1970s and 1980s, including Morrissey, Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dylan, REM, The Smiths, Bauhaus, Diana Ross, Paul Newman, Björk, and many others. He went on to shoot over 100 music videos for leading artists during MTV’s height in the 1990s, which brought him to the United States. Young eventually moved to California, where he began his current practice with his sold-out show Pig Portraits in Los Angeles in 2003 The many series that have followed demonstrate his visceral analog processes and signature use of diamond dust.
Young’s work is included in many prominent private and institutional collections including those of Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, Barack Obama, David Bowie, Drake, Angelina Jolie, David Hockney, Kanye West, Brad Pitt, and others, as well as The Getty Collection in Los Angeles and The White House Collection in Washington, D.C.

Charles Patrick
Charles Patrick is best known for his intricately cut paper butterflies, suspended like museum specimens on individual entomology pins and clustered together to form icons, logos, and symbols against the backdrop of pristine canvases.
Living in a world between the paper and digital ages, these works conjure feelings of nostalgia for the tactility of paper, created from vintage comic books, children’s books, currency, maps, and other obsolete ephemera. This stands in jarring contrast to the clean, pixelated designs that the butterflies form which exchange individual emotion for the universal immediacy of today’s contemporary visual language. Targets, hearts, ohms, and stars pop from the canvas in three-dimension- a fresh departure from the flat screens that are the norm today.
With a background in vintage poster restoration, illustration, and printmaking, Charles Patrick combines his love of paper, art history, and design to create works that are both strikingly beautiful and poignantly thought-provoking.
Charles lives and works beween Cos Cob, Connecticut and Nantucket, Massachusetts.

Matt Devine
Matt Devine is a self-taught sculptor working with steel, stainless steel, aluminum and bronze. Born and raised in New England, Devine moved to California in 1995, where he learned to weld and fabricate metal while working alongside his father.
The contrasts of nature and industry, light and shadow, chaos and order are themes found throughout Devine’s body of work. Pared-down organic shapes are formed out of sheet and solid materials and welded together in harmonious accord, often allowing the metal to appear as light as paper. These contrasts, plus the relationships of patterns and boundaries, address Devine’s desire to contain chaos and push out the discord of an information-saturated culture.
Since becoming a full-time artist in 2004, Devine has developed his signature sculpture style while building his fine art career. Devine’s sculpture is on display at highly-regarded art galleries across North America, Asia and Europe. His works can be found in a myriad of private, corporate and public art collections on five continents. Devine currently works and resides with his wife and daughter on their farm near Portland, Oregon.
