In contrast, the exact number of deaths during the 2008 Tibetan riots is still The two dozen deaths,


unknown. Chinese government only acknowledges most of them Han Chinese.


Technology is facilitating an awareness that is rippling out faster than ever before,


giving rise to a political awakening.
