Let us help make your next special occasion truly out of the ordinary! Whether it’s a birthday bash, family reunion, anniversary, wedding reception, or company picnic, we have all the amenities that will make your get-together a huge success! All reservations must be booked within a minimum of two weeks before the desired event date. Shannon Hall

One of the special gems of the Park District, this historic church has been home to hundreds of wedding ceremonies, receptions, anniversaries, birthdays, and so much more. Take a look and see for yourself why this building’s interior and exterior evoke love at first sight. Resident rates start at $125/hour.

Eastside Community Center Commercial Kitchen

Newly renovated commercial-grade kitchen includes refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, microwave, convection oven, stove/oven, sinks, and counterspace. Resident rate starts at $25/hour.

Peg Bond Center

Beautifully placed along the Batavia Riverwalk, this ideal setting is great for birthday parties, company gatherings, and bridal showers. Resident rates start at $100/hour.

Bartholomew Room

The spaciousness of this room and its prime location in the administration offices of the Park District make this a key place for small parties, professional business, and board meetings. Resident rates start at $75/hour.

The Lodge at Laurelwood

This cozy historic venue is situated beside the Fox River in Laurelwood Park. The Lodge at Laurelwood has been a popular meeting place for several local organizations. Resident rates start at $75/hour.

Gym Rentals – ESCC & CC

The Eastside Community Center and Civic Center both have prime gymnasiums that play host to a variety of activities. Resident rates start at $75/hour.

Park Pavilion Rentals

The Batavia Park District has many opportunities for you and your family to enjoy a picnic at one of our pavilions. Our parks and shelters are perfect for family reunions, get-togethers, and picnics. All pavilions are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Field Rentals Available!

Field rentals are available for your organization or party. Whether you are looking for a one time rental for a company outing or season long rental for your athletic team, we have a variety of athletic spaces to choose from. Let the Batavia Park District party planners do all the work—you invite the guests and let us do the rest!

Here’s the inside scoop…

• All parties are two hours long. • Theme parties include crafts, games, free play time, music, and FUN! • Select a theme to enhance your party! • Cupcakes and drinks with a party leader will be provided. Party favors are not included. • The renter is responsible for providing goodie bags and any other food or refreshments desired. • Parties must be booked within a minimum of 2 weeks prior to party date. • Full payment is required at time of reservation.

Birthday coordinator cannot accept payment the day of the party. • Party times and dates subject to availability.
