fit considerations A good fit involves the length and width of the shoe. Getting this right will help ensure the comfort and performance of your footwear. A good fit allows you to easily wriggle your toes inside the footwear. Feet should feel firmly held inside the footwear and not slide back and forth easily.
length A good guide is with your shoes unlaced and toes pushed to the front; you should be able to get a finger to a finger and a half down the back of your heel.
width This is largely based on the individual and different widths will depend on the brand. It’s important to ensure the width suits your foot shape.
