Figure 25 shows the progression of form for the structure. The building was designed in an ellipse shape to utilize the length of the site and create an internal community space that could act as a sanctuary from urban life in Dallas. This form

can then help control the amount of noise that enters the site. The

use of green public spaces is a key aspect of this facility so there are clear sightlines to the existing green spaces. These sightlines determined how the building was divided into different sections.
