Kathryn Lynn Trammel

Kathryn Lynn Trammel is an epidemiologist and virologist who has spent her life working in the medical field. She has extensive experience in caring for patients with infectious diseases, and when the COVID-19 pandemic began, she knew she wanted to be active in helping to manage and defeat it. She boldly asserts, “I volunteered to be on "The COVID Team," I figured that I could use my knowledge and training in infectious diseases to care for these patients effectively while taking care of myself appropriately. I refused to be scared.”
