Magnificent Musical Trivia Coming Soon

Get ready for a fun-filled night of entertainment on the 9th September at Ferny Hills State School's Trivia Night, hosted by the P&C committee.

If you only go to one school event a year, this is it! BYO drinks and food, dress up or dress down but make sure it's in theme - Musicals! Think Grease, Wicked, Matilda, Moulin Rouge, Annie, Hamilton, Book of Mormon, Phantom of the Opera, Mary Poppins, Jersey Boys, The Sound of Music, Rocky Horror Picture Show and more. Prizes will be on offer for best table, winning and losing table and best dressed with further fun to be had with Silent auctions, a photo booth and more. An update from the Arana VIEW Club

The Arana VIEW Club August meeting is on Wednesday 2nd August 10.30am for a 11am start at the Arana Leagues Club, Dawson Parade, Keperra.

The cost for lunch is $30 for the two course meal and tea and coffee. There will be the usual raffles, lucky door prizes and a Bake & Grow stall. In addition, the club looks forward to a Bunnings BBQ this month with the proceeds going towards supporting their Learning for Life students.

The guest speaker for August will be Noela Geeves, a Beekeeper who will present an interesting talk around the topic of keeping bees.

Arana VIEW club has different social activities each month so members have a chance to make new friends. Last month, the club held an outing at Aspley Bowling centre where great fun was had by all.
