Mat Lewis Managing Director Margin Media With more than 17 years experience in online marketing, the one piece of advice Mat always gives business leaders is “Don’t take your marketing for granted”. Mat has worked with a lot of business leaders helping them build a holistic growth strategy that aligns their marketing and sales teams. “Often, business owners only start thinking about marketing once the leads dry up and they experience a downturn in revenue — excessive competitor noise, new players in the market or global pandemic. We typically know the business is good at what they do and offer exceptional products and services, but their ad-hoc marketing plan is not cutting through the noise anymore as savvy competitors amplify their marketing efforts.
